It started with a few mates booking a pitch on a Friday night. Over time, the numbers grew, the games got better, and a quiet kind of magic happened. People started opening up. Checking in. Showing up not just for the football — but for each other.
It might just look like a game of 11-a-side — but for the lads who turn up week in, week out, it means a lot more. FNF is about blowing off steam, checking in with your mates, and being part of something that feels good for your head and your heart.
We play 5-a-side every Friday night — competitive, casual, and packed with energy. It’s for lads of all levels, whether you haven’t played in years or fancy yourself as the next Bellingham.
We all carry stuff during the week. At FNF, you can run it off, talk it out, or just escape for an hour. No judgement. No pressure. Just a safe space to be yourself.
